IMPLEMENTASI SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK PROGRAM ANTI BULLYING DI SMA NEGERI 1 KENDAL

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) perencanaan sekolah ramah anak program anti bullying Kendal., 2) pelaksanaan Kendal, 3) evaluasi Kendal.
 Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik penggalian data wawancara, observasi dan dokumetasi, teknik analisis teori Milles and Hubermen terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi penyajian penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Adapun uji keabsahan adalah triangulasi sumber metode.
 Hasil bahwa Kendal melakukan kebutuhan atau pemetaan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah, membentuk tim anak, menerapkan 3P yaitu Provisi, Proteksi, Partisipasi menitikberatkan pada kepentingan perlindungan jauh tindakan bullying, pemenuhan hak-hak pembelajaran mewadahi bakat minat melayani memberikan rasa aman nyaman ruang partisipasi bagi anak. Pelaksanaan memastikan semua aktivitas guru, tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik secara individu maupun kelompok dapat bersatu mewujudkan terintegrasi ke dalam rencan anggaran kegiatan Evaluasi lakukan melalui proses pemantauan, pelaporan. Pemantauan dilakukan setiap bulan hasil pemantauan menjadi bahan evaluasi. dua kali setahun akhir semester oleh pengembang. Tim internal eksternal telah tergabung dengan kluster 4 Gugus Tugas KLA berdasarkan instrument disebarkan isi responden, selanjutnya ditelaah dianalisa serta dibuat kesimpulan rekomendasi ditujukan kepada pihak-pihak terkait.
